The real question is can you do without a life insurance? The answer will depend if you have dependents or not. Of course if you are living by yourself with no more dependents that will need money or support when you die, then a life insurance may be omitted from your list of priorities. However, if you have loved ones that will be left behind and will need financial support when you are gone, then getting a policy is a great idea to replace your lost income. How much premium you are going to pay will depend how comfortably you want your dependents to be.
